Girls Who Own | Foodstuffs North Island Limited

Problem

Women are underrepresented in supermarket ownership and senior retail leadership, and many young women don’t see grocery retail as a viable or entrepreneurial career path. Foodstuffs needed a stronger, earlier leadership pipeline.

Solution

Partnered with Foodstuffs to design and deliver Girls Who Own, an immersive leadership accelerator giving young women hands-on exposure to owner-operators, mentoring, and real business experience, creating a clear pathway into retail leadership and ownership.
